Iran floats N-trade-off

I thought I would wait a few days to see if this was picked up by the mainstream media in the West. Two days, and it hasn’t.

The story is too long to copy here, so I will copy just a couple of sentences that I think are significant.

However he said: “If our right to enrichment is recognized, we are ready for a trade-off. We would, on a voluntary basis, limit the amount of our enrichment.”

What I think will now happen, especially if the media is basically ignoring this ploy by Iran, is Iran will again make the offer, maybe upping the ante a bit.

The final line in my mind is (as I said in my post) the last thing Iran wants to do is to deal with Mitt Romney as president. They will try to barter a deal between now and November 6 to influence the outcome of the election.

And unfortunately for us, I believe the sheep of our nation might actually buy into the resulting “accoladation” of the Anointed One as the new messiah or savior.
