NASA's Grand Challenge: Stop Asteroids from Destroying Earth
Tuesday June 18, 2013
http://news.yahoo.com/nasas-grand-challenge-stop-asteroids-destroying-earth-181226477.htmlWe can do anything, once we set our minds to it. Some things we just don’t want to do.
When one thinks back over the decades, it is not surprising what the American spirit can accomplish. Consider the following:
Great dams to provide electricity
Total output to win World War II
Alaskan Highway (Alcan) built in 18 months
Berlin Air Lift
Interstate Highway System
Space Program—Men on the Moon
Trans Alaskan Pipe LineAnd now we are considering intercepting asteroids from striking the earth. Great projects require great expectations and great rewards.
What is depressing, considering all that America can do, is our lack of will to secure our southern border. Take as look at Hoover Dam and tell me that we cannot build a barrier to protect our border states.
Hogwash! What we need to do is get rid of politics and ideology at all costs. Term Limits would be a start!

Obama: NSA secret data gathering 'transparent'
Monday June 17, 2013
http://news.yahoo.com/obama-nsa-secret-data-gathering-transparent-215408737.html
trans•par•ent adjective \tran(t)s-ˈper-ənt\: characterized by visibility or accessibility of information especially concerning business practicesI have fought the challenge of leaping into this NSA secrete data gathering long enough. For sure, I hoped that someone would have some common sense to share. But, such is not to be. Seems half of the supporters are telling us what is best for us and the other half are scouring the towers to find ways to defame and condemn the whistle blower.
My take is rather mundane: I accept the premise that our gov’ment wants to catch the bad guys before they do their murders. My problem? I have absolutely no faith in the gov’ment when it comes to protecting the data they collect. Can I trust the IRS? Can I trust the Justice Dept.? I don’t trust any of them.
Another point. All this concern about the Chinese learning what we do and how we do it. Are these people so naive as to believe the Chinese don’t already know everything about our spy apparatus? Hells, Bells...Clinton sold them everything during his tenure, and anything from then to now can be learned on the net or by hacking.
Supposedly, the data collected is destroyed every five years. Anyone want to place bets on how accurate this statement is?

IRS Called on Carpet = Poetic Justice?
Saturday June 8, 2013D.C.'s Role in the IRS Scandal Depends on What You Mean by 'D.C.'
I may be in the minority of conservatives but I really don’t care if Obama is connected to the various scandals now bringing an even more putrid stench to our nation. From the failure to prosecute voter intimidation, to Fast & Furious, the IRS, targeting reporters—and the list goes on and on—it all points to a gov’ment out of control. The real fear is that the gov’ment knows exactly what it is doing and the common citizen has relinquished his and her rights. The gov’ment now decides what rights we will have. There are no statesmen, no patriots, in elected positions. The Supreme Court finds things in the Constitution that are not there and ignores points which are there. The appellate court system is infected with cronyism and promotes ideological dogma.Where will it end? Consider history and look to the abuses of power by such great leaders as Hitler and Stalin. Cannot happen in America? It already has. Will the last patriot please turn out the lights? From the placid shores of Hannibal, MO by: A.R. Eskew -

Lawmakers mostly support surveillance programs
When lawmakers support spying on American citizens, get rid of the law makers.
This issue is not about protecting citizens, and thereby the nation, from terrorist attacks. This issue is about the rights of privacy for all citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution. Anyone who fails to see the incremental staging of TYRANNY in this action knows little to nothing about the principles our government was founded on.The arguments and statements that the government is only concerned with foreigners and is only screening for length of calls and communications is hogwash. One has only to spend a few minutes learning about the rancid actions of the IRS to KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT that we can no longer trust our government. Further, if the truth be known, we have been under the control of a government out of control for decades. The Tea Party has been on the cutting edge of knowing what is wrong with our government and they did their best to promote candidates who would take decisive action(s). In turn, our government has somewhat succeeded in deflating the passions of the Tea Party in general and its individual followers. This is tyranny! From the placid shores of Hannibal, MO by: A.R. Rand Paul says NSA phone records seizure saps Obama’s ‘moral authority’
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/yahoo-news-interview-rand-paul-says-nsa-phone-232201004.html?vp=1
Bill of Rights? We don’t need no stinkin’ Bill of Rights!
So you thought your gov’ment had your best interest at heart? We just want to help you. ASnd for sure your gov’ment knows what is best for you.
One senator, known as Harry, Pinocchio Nose, says this seizure of phone records has been going on for seven years. Hello, what difference does it make (have you heard that before, lately?). I’ll tell you what a difference it makes. First of all, I don’t care if it has been going on for seventy years, seven months, or even seven minutes. This is a violation of the Constitution.
Lots of important sounding officials have lots to say about this...some worthwhile, but most are just spouting a bunch of Bull Shit to make themselves seem important or more likely to cover their tracks. Consider you once had a good friend, let’s call him Ed. You have not heard from Ed in over twenty years and you get a call from him out of the blue. You catch up on old news and memories for about one half hour. Then you hear nothing from Ed for two more years.
And then the men in sunglasses, driving black SUVs come knocking on your door. Seems your long lost pal, Ed, is mixed up in a terrorist plot. And guess who he happened to call? You may be innocent, but I bet your life is ruined. Ever been shunned by your church? Think you will keep your position as a teacher, or maybe you were thinking about running for mayor. No matter what, you life’s savings are gone defending yourself...that is, if you are out on bond.
Your gov’ment is not after a specific, identified individual. They are “fishing” to see what they might find. This is scary stuff. You think it is only Verizon? I have some land to sell you. Our gov’ment would do no harm. Considering the revelations admitted to by the IRS, I should think you and everyone else would understand just how far amuck the gov’ment has gone.

The Most Transparent Administration Ever, LOL
http://news.yahoo.com/most-transparent-administration-ever-lol-070000802.html
“Well the, uh, mattress is soft, and there's hangers in the closet and stationery with 'Bates Motel' printed on it, in case you want to make your friends back home feel envious.” ~ Norman Bates
The question is: Who is in control of the Bates Motel?
Considering all that has transpired from day one of the Obama era, which lie would one consider to be the most annoying? For this follower of Pinocchio, with a healthy shot of Aesop thrown in for good measure, there is no doubt the worst of the worst is: “This will be the most transparent administration in history.”
Moving on from out-right lies to actions and result, I will ask the question: Has anyone done the job they were elected or appointed to do? Start with the AO, he is immune to anything going on which may have a negative political impact. The voting public is not aware they elected Valerie Jarrett.
But I have to give the academy award to Eric, The Flash, Holder. Here is a guy who is sworn to up-hold the constitution and the laws of the land, but picks and chooses as he sees fit. Every day we see another agency out of control with no regard for individual rights.
Our national disease, an epidemic of power-control political Nazism, has invested every branch of gov’ment from the IRS to the EPA.
No one single American is safe from their gov’ment!

US won’t allow Canadian relief for OK to cross border?
If only the Canadians had access to our open southern border: The Sieve.
So the question must be asked: Where the hell is the president? Send a lackey out to the golf course to get his signature.
But maybe we should re-think this bit of humanitarian aid. There is no mention it comes from an Islamist faction, therefore it must be suspect. There is no connection to Obama or the Democrats, so they will not get credit.
The bottom line: One of the many lower tier functionaries of the administration who does something on their own with no one knowing how, why, when, what, etc is responsible for holding up the truck. And the greatest president in history is unable to do anything about it.
Meanwhile, back at the scene of the needy there is more rain in the forecast.

What I see here should be a prime example of why we don't need more government. Commonsense is not a common thing with our bureaucrats.
What happens? I mean, all these people working for our government, in any capacity, are citizens, just like you and me. What happens when they become part of the government that strips them of their humanity and commonsense?

The IRS Scandal Is Much Worse Than Anyone Realizes
http://www.theblaze.com/contributions/the-irs-scandal-is-much-worse-than-anyone-realizes/
The IRS has stated—admitted—the organization deliberately targeted conservatives. Who has been fired? NO ONE! Who has been indicted? NO ONE! There has to be an investigation. The fact seekers in the Justice Department will take years to ferret out the wrong doers.
This is all Bullshit! Another blatant example of a government out of control, seeking to silence any and all opposition to a socialist ideology.
In years past, when patriotism was a still a part of our heritage, anyone in the IRS conducting an audit to satisfy a political agenda would be terminated within days. The real tragedy is the apathy of the American public.
I am not sure how many stand with me, but I raise my cry to the far ends of the nation: IMPEACHMENT!

We should opt out on Syria
Saturday June 1, 2013
Syria – In or Out?
Opine
We should stay out of Syria.
If we have to do anything, it should be through an international non-governmental organization like the Red Cross. Nothing should go through any organization with links to the Red Crescent or the United Nations.
The situation in Syria is just too complicated. Russia is being the wild card for sure. It is like poking the Bear through the bars of Syria. Sooner or later, the Bear will turn on the poker and all hell might break loose.
At the end of the day, if we are inclined to support the rebellion; just who are we supporting? No one seems to know.
My guess is there are groups of Islamist youth who have become accustomed to war. These young men will move from whatever hot spot is in the news: Tunisa, Libya, Syria, Lebonan, Bahrain, the venue matters not. The game is to be in the game.
If Abas is taken out of the picture, Syria is in for a real blood bath, the likes of which we have never seen. Iraq will pale in comparison.
The USA should stay out of Syria. That includes the good Senator McCain.
My Opine.

Back in the Saddle, again.
Saturday June 1, 2013
Back in the Saddle, again.
It’s been a while since I last tickled the keyboard to provide comments and insights as to the going-on’s in our Great Nation. I have tried to keep up with all the news and the scandals flowing like Niagara. It could be a lot easier if the individuals in charge of various departments in the administration knew anything.
Has there ever been a time when so many know so little? Going back to Fast & Furious—never been explained—no one held accountable. No one knows what happened, how it happened....
Now, we have new issues: Benghazi (not new, but still unexplained). No one knows where the president was or what he was doing. Saint Hillary is set on philosophical questions: What does it matter? And the cloud of cover-up keeps getting darker.
The IRS just wants to be your friend—unless you are conservative, Tea Party, small business, against amnesty, or any other issue not a pet of the administration. Few of the elite seem to understand the definition and implications of TYRANNY.
The media, so long in love with the AO, is cautious to condemn the JD for its Stalinist tactic. It is possible the media will be more concerned when the iceberg reveals its total weight. (Don’t hold your breath.)
In all of the above. Obama. Holder, Saint Hillary, Cabinet leaders, and congressmen/women know nothing. Everything is discovered by the press. Justice Dept. knows nothing and if they did, there was a recusal ready to be declared. I guess the only remedy is to fire all the lower level folks who seem to take things on without direction. Okay, I take that for a start.

Absence Makes the Heart Grow Founder?
Saturday June 1, 2013
Due to Technical Difficulties, ThinkOpine.com Off Line
Comment
We apologize for our recent absence from the Internet. We suffer from a malady related to the Internet infrastructure - specifically we have no idea how this thing functions.
Someone helped us to set up this website, including the registering of the domain name and the hosting relationships. We were fat and happy as it was working at some level.
Then it began to break down on us.
Going back to the original person/firm who assisted us and finding the personage there had departed to another employer, but to make this long story short, we found her and she readily agreed to help rectify the situation.
Bingo, for a couple of days, we were back in business.
Then the hosting service, appropriately having “monster” in its name, reared its ugly head.
Again, going through a middle man, we attempted to rectify the problem. That attempt was weak at best as the problem lingered on for weeks.
To complicate matters further, one of us is on an annual trek to Fairbanks, and the other is in the midst of a home sale/purchase and move.
Finally, we are back. And we have missed so much, what with the Anointed One being in the hot seat on many fronts.
We will once again be making our pithy comments on matters we find of interest at home, in the USA, in DC, and around the world.
We apologize again.

Budget cuts pare real-time monitoring of volcanoes
http://weather.yahoo.com/budget-cuts-pare-real-time-monitoring-volcanoes-074637337.html
Way past time to pay the piper.
A budget. A balanced budget. A workable budget. A good budget takes into consideration: Income, mandatory expenditures, discretionary spending and debt. (There is a lot more but let’s keep it simple).
Not enough income? Cut discretionary spending first. Many pet projects need to be reduced if not totally eliminated. We do not have the money!
Monitoring volcanoes for possible eruptions is a good thing. However, I have to question the vital-ness. A volcano erupts. An airplane is headed that way. A radio is used to warn the pilot. The volcano still erupts.
Now apply the same logic to a thousand other “we must have” projects.

A flood of scandals engulfs Obama
http://news.yahoo.com/flood-scandals-engulfs-obama-100500599.html
“I know nothinnng!”
I remember one on my kids spilling milk on the kitchen floor. Actually, I did not see it happen but most everything which occurred back then, and even now, I have an idea something happened. It is just not possible to live in a house and not have an idea of what goes on. However, it seems that the current administration is capable of daily-weekly-monthly-yearly ostrich-like living. Perhaps things might be different if there was just a little less golf and a little less fund raising.
How is it that the smartest, most gifted individuals the world has ever known, know nothing of what is going on? No one knows who made alterations to the Benghazi talking point. No one knows what was the purpose of the meeting between the ambassador and the Turks. No one knows where the commander in chief was. Saint Hillary knows nothing.
The IRS acted alone—low level mullets in Cinn., OH. White House had no knowledge.
Phone records are absconded—no one knows who authorized. Ooppps! Deputy AG gave go ahead. Holder, the Flash, reclused himself and the President knows nothing.
There seems to be a pattern here. Why did we hire (elect) individuals who are incapable of knowing when milk is spilled?

The Real Villain in the IRS Scandal
http://finance.yahoo.com/blogs/the-exchange/real-villain-irs-scandal-182512181.html
We have found the enemy, and he is us!

Look no further than the mirror to locate who is responsible for the IRS over-stepping the limits. We elected pin heads rather than patriots. These would be Caesars have shown over the decades that self-interests, re-election quagmires and desires for power provide an abyss with which they, the unscrupulous, will do anything to maintain their positions.
Presidents believe they are above the law and arrange armies of staff to secure and hold power. To this end, anyone mildly making a challenge is suspect and worthy of condemnation at a minimum and outright destruction as the norm.
Senators and their compatriot buffoons in the House have shown that ideology is foremost on their agenda and the country be damned! Their end is to maintain power and share (dish out) the wealth.
The issue with the IRS is but a tip of the ice berg. The anti-ideology, enemies lists are born in the halls of congress. The ONLY way to cleans our nation of these patriots haters is: TERM LIMITS
The IRS is/has done only what they are instructed to do!

IRS apologizes for targeting conservative groups
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/irs-apologizes-targeting-conservative-groups-144349480.html
“I’m sorry, so sorry; please accept my apologies.” ~ Patsy Cline
This crap has been going on for at least three years. Several times the issue was raised and each time IRS involvement was denied and the media dismissed it with taunts and ridicule. Well, guess what? There is truth and the IRS finally ‘fessed up.
However, the law was broken by low level clerks or some such. No one in the top ranks knew anything about this. If you believe that, I have some winning lottery number you can buy.
So let me get this straight: claims were made several years ago whereby the IRS was accused of going after conservative groups such as the Tea Party. But, the IRS never investigated - how convenient. There is no mention of anyone being fired. No charges of law breaking have been made. All we have is an apology.
America! Wake up! This represents the seeds of TYRANNY! Political ideology is more important than our rule of law. If the IRS can target special groups, selected individuals are even more easily targeted. And after the IRS there is the EPA and ICE and perhaps hundreds of agencies seeking to promote an ideology which may be counter to your beliefs.
I fully expect the IRS to come after me for writing this rather lame Opine—such is the way of power corruption in our nation.

Just remember, it were the IRS who took down the likes of Al Capone, the original Chicago Gangsta!
Seems to me that Nixon played a few games with the IRS as well. It’s not new. And it’s not limited to the present party is all I am saying.

Exclusive: Benghazi Talking Points Underwent 12 Revisions, Scrubbed of Terror Reference
“Ah, what was that?” ~ Mayor of Hiroshima, Aug. 6, 1945
Can you believe it? Here it is only 8 months after the attack at Benghazi and ABC News has come up with an EXCLUSIVE: The talking points were revised. Not only were the spin pages revised but someone in the State Dept. was responsible. Looks like Victoria Nuland has an appointment under the bus.
Everyone with even a smidgen of thinking ability knows (and has known since day one) the administration sought to keep the messiah squeaky clean with respect to admitting terrorists still existed. To this end, everyone lied. Now, the milk has soured and someone is gonna take the fall. Obama? (Are you kidding me?) Saint Hillary? (There shall be no blemish on her shroud.)
So, who takes the fall? Looks like Victoria Nuland will step up to the plate, take the hit, and walk away with gratitude.
Let’s not forget ABC. Where has this great investigative entity been hiding for 8 months? Only now do they seek the truth? Learn the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

Ripple effect after fire takes out Wyo. town store
http://news.yahoo.com/ripple-effect-fire-takes-wyo-town-store-093113543.html
Charity SHOULD begin at home.
This is a bit of a bizarre story and then ending indicates that clicking the heels of the ruby slippers will not bring prosperity to Chugwater. (missed Kansas by a few miles.)
I have a suggestion: We, America, have just given millions to Syria and we, America, continue to give millions and Billions in foreign aid. Would it be asking too much to allocate some foreign aid to DOMESTIC AID so Chugwater can rebuild the convenience store?
I bet if everyone in the town declared themselves to be democrats their chances of receiving the needed aid would be greatly enhanced. But if they really want to score the big bucks, they should declare Chugwater to be the “Gay Capital of Wyoming” also, it would help immensely if planned parenthood open a regional branch facility.

Watergate Revenge: Republicans Yearning to Impeach Obama Over Benghazi 'Cover-Up'
Whenever in doubt—lead trump.
Here we have politics as usual. Republican cries for impeachment and Democrats crying about Republican cries for impeachment. There is a good chance that Term Limits would put a stop to this sophomoric nonsense.
With respect to any promotion of calls for impeachment, Huckabee and Bolton are not elected officials with a voice in either the House or the Senate. To date, I there has been mention of impeachment by Issa. So where is the grass-roots beginning? Seem to be a fabrication. Is it possible that some on the left are seeing into the future and wish to “head them off at the pass?
The chances for impeachment are slim to none (place your bets on “none”.) The hearings on the Benghazi debacle will go on and on but the Titanic will not sink. What are the “slim” chances? Without the re-birth of a “deep throat”, such conversations relative to impeachment have less plausibility than a UFO carrying the Anointed One to paradise.

Why did the State Dept. remove security personnel from Benghazi, and who ordered their removal?
Where was Obama during the attack and where was he immediately after?
Why are not all documents released?
How many times were the talking points changed? By whom? (Everyone involved and the time line should be brought to light.)
Why did it take so long for the FBI and others to obtain access to the ruins at Benghazi?

The ghosts of Benghazi have not disappeared
http://news.yahoo.com/ghosts-benghazi-not-disappeared-063500250.html
“What difference does it make?”
One would think that the administration, as well as the State Department, would seek to shed the Benghazi monkey from their backs. All the king’s horses and all the king’s men have not been able to sweep this incident into the black abyss of the closet.
The administration’s track record with respect to foreign policy falls just short of a dismal failure. For sure the apology tour set the tone for the insurrections in the Middle East. Now, several nations that had a certain amount of stability are now coming under the control of radicals to include Al Qaeda. Unfortunately, the ongoing witch hunt led by Republicans and Fox news has absolutely no chance of bringing discredit to the administration. Without efforts by another team of Woodward and Bernstein, elaborated by a “Deep Throat”, St. Hilary’s comments will stand: “It makes no difference.”
However, there is a slight possibility that it will make a difference with respect to the sainted one making her bid for the Oval Office in 2016. No matter the outcome of any and all hearings concerning Benghazi, Hillary will be faced with discrediting questions. My take on the matter leans to believe that no matter what the future may hold, St. Hilary wins the presidency in 2016. Don’t forget the 47% (and growing) who will vote Liberal and Democratic early and often.
Four Americans were murdered. What difference does it make?

I’d Bet On That!
Compulsive gambling funds off pace of new casinos
http://news.yahoo.com/compulsive-gambling-funds-off-pace-145303482.html
“I'll bet my money on the bobtail nag, somebody bet on the bay”
Gambling has been going on long before the Rubicon was crossed and Wild Bill held aces and eights. Gambling will go on and on until the last soul tosses snake eyes in a deal with St. Peter or Satan.
Considering the fallibilities of man, specifically those in the US of A, one should not waste time nor effort in seeking to alter or change certain behaviors—for sure gambling is on such a list. Modern society, with all its good intentions, seeks to find reasons why men and women do as they do. Excessive drinking of adult beverages is termed “Alcoholism” and has been identified as a disease. The same holds true for the compulsive gambler but I am not sure what the medical term is. Maybe this affliction should be termed: “Betingism”.
Excessive drinking of booze or hooch is not a disease—it is a weakness. For the state(s) to spend even one dollar ($1.00) in an attempt to rehabilitate a gambler is a complete waste. But then, all assume the effort is organized to help the afflicted gambler. The greater good is accomplished with another bureaucracy funded with tax dollars purporting to solve an insolvable behavioral condition.

Bloomin’ in the Berg

Once upon a time, in the city of crime,
A flock of sheep, herded by a collie,
Were told: “Beware—the liquid fare”
Was this just some stupid folly?
Well, the collie, by verbal volley,
Said: “No more large drinks for you.
I’ll decide, because I preside
Over what you may drink and chew.”
Now, one would think, there’d be a stink
By at least one in the bleating troop
But it was not the case, in that place
As all sheep jumped through the hoop. So, I’m trying to tell, there’s a foul smell
Coming from those who might seek

BENGHAZI: Names of ‘whistleblower’ witnesses revealed
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/05/04/benghazi-names-whistleblower-witnesses-revealed/
In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act. ~George Orwell
The latest count of inquiries/hearings on the Benghazi Massacre is five, plus an inquiry/investigative review of the State Dept. (albeit by the State Dept.) This coming week we shall be treated to yet another hearing. This time, there may be testimony by at least four whistleblowers.
It is possible, and more than likely, that all this attention is a partisan witch hunt determined to place the administration in a less than saintly light. Also, we may be seeing an effort to cast doubt on Saint Hillary’s abilities as she ponders the months between now and 2016.
I am of the opine: All of the above.
Are potential witnesses threatened? Probably. Do the whistleblowers have new information that will make a difference? Probably not. Is there any chance the American public will know the complete truth about what happened, or did not happen, at Benghazi? Not in my lifetime. Other than Fox News (slightly biased) there are no demands for answers.

http://www.inquisitr.com/642051/cps-takes-baby-ca/
We just want to help you! (signed: Big Brother)
Please read the link above, and there are many more if you require more induction of fear. Every mother, every parent, should know that your child may be taken from you without your consent, and you may not even know where your child is.
Briefly: a possible argument over medical treatment and administration of drugs. A second opinion is desired at which point a doctor seeks revenge. Never: child is taken from the home.
Action to be taken:
1) File a lawsuit against whomever turned the Gestapo loose for $50,000,000,000. Yes, that’s Billion with a “B”!
2) File a lawsuit against Child Protective Services (CPS) for the same amount.
3) Investigation by public (not gov’ment) panel as to how CPS has been given the powers they have.
4) Prosecute all who are involved in such cases.
5) Enact a law which specifies specific prison time for anyone working with CPS who abuses their responsibilities.
I am sure that CPS means well and that there are many children who are rescued from extreme circumstances. However, commonsense must prevail and Gestapo-like methods must not be allowed.

Washington Redskins shouldn't change their name, poll finds
It is time to get a life, kemosabe!
Some say a nickname can be demeaning, hurtful and insensitive. I agree. Consider if a team was named: The Whimps. Why, all the whimps in our land would feel more whimpier. Or, if the Redskins changed their name to: The Washington Liars, all the non-professional liars outside of DC would feel slighted.
Maybe the Chicago Bears/Cubs/White Sox/Blackhawks should change their name to: Chicago Thugs.
There is no way that everyone is going to be happy. However, political correctness is an aberration championed by a miniscule section of whackos who have nothing else to occupy their time.

U.S. attorney general says Kansas gun law is unconstitutional
http://news.yahoo.com/u-attorney-general-says-kansas-gun-law-unconstitutional-014610797.html
“I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore, Toto!”

The citizens of Kansas, that flat stretch of “fly-over” country somewhere in the geographic middle, have spoken. How dare they? Do they not understand that Big Brother is all knowing and omnipotent? How is it possible that a few, meaningless flatlanders, have turned their concerns from chicken hawks and chicken feed, to state’s rights?
So, what comes next? Will the Flash, Holder, make suit as he has in AZ and FL? You bet your John Deere there is an appointed judge out there somewhere just waiting to tell those bumpkins in Kansas to rein in their expectations. The feds will not be restricted to the paddock.
Is there a chance this will reach SCOTUS? Probably not before new appointments by the Anointed One.
